Celebration offers deals at five new communities

Gladstone Homes is offering homebuyers a "grand start" during its spring 2006 grand opening celebration today through March 19.

Homebuyers who sign a contract with Gladstone for new homes located at Windstone Place or Oak Creek Townhomes in North Aurora, Windemere at Grande Park or Chatham Square in Plainfield, or Eaglecrest at Grande Reserve in Yorkville during the three-week celebration will receive two special give-aways: a classic sterling silver pen, valued at $100, presented at the contract signing, and a $1,000 Lowes gift card presented at closing.

"Although Gladstone is known for architectural touches and contrasting wall color selection in our new homes, we know that's just a start," said Vicki Romanski, Gladstone general sales manager. "New homeowners like to add personal touches. Whether that's accent lighting, garden selections or tools for a new workshop, the gift card gives them a 'grand' start."

The three-week event celebrates the openings of Gladstone's newest sales centers – Windstone, Oak Creek and Windemere at Grande Park – and the introduction of six new floor plans. Three new Signature Series single-family plans range from 3,073 square feet to 3,206 square feet and are priced in the $300,000s. Three new town house plans range from 2,145 square feet to 2,645 square feet and are priced from the upper $200,000s.

Signature Series models – the Artstone, Foxstone and Penstone – opened on Feb. 3 at Windstone Place, a 66-home single-family community along Oak Street near Orchard Road in North Aurora. There was such an overwhelming response that Gladstone added the new series to its offerings at Eaglecrest at Grande Reserve.

Signature Series plans now are available, along with its 10 Premier Series plans that range from 3,300 square feet to 4,012 square feet, at Grande Reserve, Yorkville's 19-neighborhood master-planned community along Route 34 west of Orchard Road. Gladstone's Eaglecrest sites are adjacent to the clubhouse and aquatic center.

At Grande Park, another master-planned community located 3 miles west of Route 59 on Heggs Road in Plainfield, Gladstone's Premier Series homes are available in the Windemere neighborhood. A model of the Premier Series Wildstone plan and the new sales center now are open.

At The Townhomes of Oak Creek near Interstate 88 and Farnsworth Avenue in North Aurora, models of the new Oakstone, Marstone and Welstone now are open along with a new sales center.

The new town house plans also are being offered at special pre-construction pricing in Plainfield at Chatham Square, located on Heggs Road and 127th Street during the grand opening celebration. Homebuyers can visit models in North Aurora, or view floor plans and renderings at Gladstone's nearby Heritage Oaks sales center, 1 mile west of Route 59 and 119th Street.
