Plainfield community nearing closeout status

Heritage Oaks, a Gladstone Homes community in Plainfield, is approaching closeout.

Seven single-family homesites - two that will accommodate Premier Series homes and five that will accommodate Gladstone's new Signature Series homes - and nine town houses remain. In addition, decorated models of Gladstone's 4,012 square-foot Premier Series Crestone plan and its Waystone town house are available for immediate delivery.

Located 1 mile west of Route 59 and 119th Street, Heritage Oaks is served by Plainfield School District 202, and features fully landscaped homesites, 28 acres of green space with ponds, bike paths and a 4-acre park with a playground and gazebo.

Homebuyers can select from among four new Gladstone floor plans - the Ashstone and Seastone introduced late last summer or the newly introduced Neostone and Elmstone - for the two Premier Series homesites. These plans range in size from 3,221 square feet to 4,043 square feet. Prices start in the upper $300,000s.

The five Signature Series homesites offer selection among the Penstone, Foxstone and Artstone plans, introduced by Gladstone in March. The Signature Series plans range from 3,073 square feet to 3,204 square feet and are priced in the $300,000s.

"What's extra exciting for our customers is, with so few homesites left and all new designs available, they could be the only household in the entire community with a particular home design," said Vicki Romanski, general sales manager. "Their home can be truly unique within the community."

The Townhomes of Heritage Oaks include four available plans - the Daystone, Raystone, Timestone and Waystone - ranging from 1,960 square feet to 2,617 square feet and starting in the upper $200,000s.

Gladstone Homes is known for its open, flowing floor plans and architectural touches. Three of the available Premier Series plans and two of the town house plans feature Gladstone's popular courtyard designs.

The Signature Series homes offer affordable luxury with an innovative use of space that creates open site lines, spacious yet functional kitchen and family room areas, dynamic master retreats and a study in lieu of a traditional living room.

When complete, Heritage Oaks will be composed of 98 single-family homes and 108 town houses.

The Heritage Oaks single-family sales center is located at 12001 Winterberry Lane and The Townhomes of Heritage Oaks sales center is at 11906 Holly Court, both in Plainfield.
